Cloudflare audit logs record the history of changes made in an account, from zone configuration edits to account-level actions. An agent can retrieve and filter that history by time period, actor, action type, and affected resource. Use it for security monitoring and compliance work: confirming who changed a setting and when, investigating an unexpected configuration change, or assembling an activity trail for review.
