An agent can create, search, and update issues, read and edit Confluence pages, and query service catalog entries, all within the permissions the person already holds. Use it to summarize where work stands, file issues out of a conversation, keep documentation current, and carry out multi-step updates that would otherwise mean moving between Jira and Confluence repeatedly.
