Railway is an application hosting platform. An agent can create and manage projects and services, run and monitor deployments, work with environment variables, and hand off longer multi-step operations to Railway's own agent. Use it to take an application from idea to running service conversationally — standing up a project, triggering a redeploy after a change, or working out why a deployment failed.
