This meetup brings together the executives and senior operators working through what it takes to run AI in production, under one set of controls.
The evening is built around peer conversation. A short set of talks from operators leading this work locally, followed by open discussion among people facing the same questions: accountability, cost, governance, and how to coordinate people and AI against one plan.
